Dashboard – Documents Section
This screen allows patients to seamlessly manage their medical documentation—prescriptions, test results, and session notes—in one secure space. With drag-and-drop upload, date-wise segregation, and preview icons, it simplifies access to vital records for ongoing care coordination.

Onboarding and Medical History Form

This screen is part of the detailed onboarding flow where patients can input their emotional and physical health data, previous medications, and therapy history. Structured in steps, it sets the foundation for personalized care while ensuring privacy and consent are explicitly handled.

My Timeline – Journey & Reports Screen

Here, users can view a chronological timeline of all their past appointments, complete with therapist names, time slots, and follow-up actions. This reinforces clarity and transparency, helping patients track progress and revisit session materials anytime.

Dashboard – Messaging & Appointment Screen

Patients can directly interact with their psychiatrist and therapist through chat while managing appointment status and tasks. The integrated activity section organizes all interactions—messages, thoughts, tasks, and documents—helping users maintain continuity in therapy.

Treatment Tracker – Compliance & Engagement

This visual analytics dashboard helps patients track their medication and therapy compliance, appointment attendance, and post-session activities. The bar graphs and comparison charts offer tangible insights into progress, encouraging accountability and personal growth.

Personal Details – Account Setup

This screen initiates the patient's onboarding process by collecting essential personal information like name, age, contact, and location. The design ensures clarity with form fields spread logically and broken into steps to reduce cognitive overload. Inline validation helps guide users without causing friction. The screen uses high contrast and large input fields, adhering to accessibility standards. It’s the user’s first step toward building a secure and trusted mental health profile.

Nominee & Emergency Contact

Sometimes you just need someone to be there — this screen lets you add a loved one or declare yourself. The simple layout helps you make this choice without pressure. Each option includes little hints so you’re never confused. Whether you want to share your journey or go solo, the design makes sure it’s easy to choose what feels right.

ID Verification

To ensure smooth appointment handling and data protection, this screen requests government-issued ID. Uploading is optional at this point, promoting ease of entry while gently encouraging verification. The use of subtle purple accents and calming whitespace keeps the user relaxed. The hierarchy of form fields supports quick completion. This ensures compliance without creating friction during sensitive onboarding.

Onboarding Success Confirmation

You’re in! This friendly screen tells users they’ve successfully signed up and they’re now just one step away from care. It’s like a virtual high-five — gentle, purple, and reassuring. A little celebratory checkmark makes it feel like you’ve done something good for yourself. You’re not alone anymore, and the system’s ready to help.

First Time User Dashboard (Initial View)

This screen welcomes first-time users with options to choose their preferred mental health specialist. Designed with empathy, it encourages users to begin their healing journey by either selecting a psychiatrist, therapist, or interacting with the virtual assistant Mindy. The layout is friendly, inclusive, and ensures users don't feel overwhelmed on their first interaction. Clear CTAs and guided paths make onboarding less clinical and more conversational.

First Time User Dashboard (Post Selection)

Once a specialist is selected, users are shown a confirmation of their choice along with an option to change. This screen reinforces user agency and control, making it easier to switch professionals if they change their mind. Visual consistency helps the patient feel continuity, while the 'Continue' CTA moves them forward without confusion. The assistant Mindy and live chat options remain available, offering emotional and practical support.

Waiting Room

This pre-session screen shows the patient waiting for the doctor to join. Including a photo of the therapist builds familiarity and trust, while the message “Please be calm and patient” soothes anxiety. All tools (mic, camera, leave button) are readily available with appropriate status indicators. On the right, the patient has access to pre/post session notes, homework, and assessments — fostering a sense of preparedness and transparency.

Pre-Session Form During Video Call

During the waiting time, users are encouraged to reflect via a structured pre-session form. This thoughtful addition not only reduces idle anxiety but prepares the therapist with contextual information. Inputs like emotional rating scales and open-ended questions help patients articulate better during the actual session. It’s a mental warm-up space — accessible, private, and empowering.

Live Video Call Interface

The main video call screen is clean, minimal, and distraction-free. It fosters face-to-face connection while also displaying current complaints and last prescription — helping both therapist and patient stay aligned. The right panel is collapsible with pre-filled notes, post-session thoughts, and assessment tools for continuity. Aesthetically, the visual weight is balanced to avoid cognitive overload.

Post Call (Call Ended View)

After a session ends, the platform doesn’t abruptly close — instead, it shows a clear message with follow-up options. Patients can go back to notes or messages, ensuring continuity. A gentle transition like this respects the emotional gravity of therapy and supports decompression. The patient can continue conversations asynchronously or revisit session takeaways.
